On July 22 - 23, Prof. Marie-Louise Arlt, Nusrath Jahan Turin, and Gül Kumru represented the ISRenergy team at the BayBatt retreat. Our intern, Gül Kumru, joined the poster session to present her project under the supervision of Prof. Marie-Louise Arlt.

Beyond the cutting-edge battery research on display, the retreat proved to be exceptionally informative. It offered invaluable opportunities for PhD networking, candid discussions on potential career pathways after a doctorate, and meaningful insights into navigating work-life balance in research and industry.
